International Shipping
When will my package arrive?
  International order please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing. International orders are subject to customs inspections of the destination country, this may result in customs fees and additional transit time.  You are responsible for customs fees and tariffs.  We do not know the rules and regulations of your country.

  • USPS International Priority Mail with delivery confirmation service: 6-10 transit days average.
  • USPS International Express Mail (EMS) with package tracking service: 4-6 transit days average.
  • USPS Airmail: 10-30 transit days average.  We do NOT recommend this shipping option because there is no package delivery confirmation or tracking service.  Lost insurance up to $50 is included.  Lost package must be filed between 60 and 90 days after the package was dispatched.  Please email customerservice@shopkawaii.com for assistance.  Packages reported after 90 days forfeit all claims.
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs fees that may be imposed by your country.  We do not have the information on how much the customs fees may be.
